The hands behind the pottery
Hi, I’m Onzi. I work in tech, but I like to think I’m an artist at heart.
I am from Northeast India, grew up in Bombay and Bangalore and now call San Francisco home.
I’ve always been drawn to creative things. I dance(currently a little obsessed with heels), practice yoga (and am technically certified to teach it too!), and pottery had fascinated me for years before I finally found my way to the wheel.
Xorai came from finally feeling like my work was ready to leave my own shelves and find a place in someone else’s home.
And if you asked me what my dream studio looked like? It would probably have pottery wheels, a yoga room, and a dance floor all under one roof. :)
