Hand-thrown vase made from B-Mix clay and finished with a matte black glaze.

The piece was shaped on the wheel and built into a sculptural form with soft curves and a narrow opening. Decorative rings were added near the rim and fused during firing, becoming permanently attached to the vessel.

The matte black glaze gives the surface a soft, understated finish that highlights the form and movement created during throwing.

This piece works best as a decorative vessel or for dried arrangements.

Each piece is handmade, so small variations in form and surface are part of its character.
